Giving questions

Thoughtful giving
starts with clarity.

Can a business or community organization support IC?
Yes, we welcome conversations about charitable gifts, employer matching and community partnerships. Contact our team to discuss your priorities, documentation and any proposed gift restrictions. Matching and partnership arrangements must be confirmed before a commitment.
Can I get nonprofit documentation or an acknowledgment?
Ask our team for nonprofit documentation, gift acknowledgment details or corrections to a receipt. IC is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, EIN 45-1059610. Please discuss any proposed goods, services or other benefits before giving.
Does a gift pay for an interpretation appointment?
Charitable giving is separate from purchasing language services. A gift does not reserve an appointment or purchase a service. For interpretation or translation, start a service inquiry.
How do I ask about a restriction, correction or refund?
Contact our team before giving if you would like to restrict a gift. For corrections or refund requests, email us with general information about your request. Do not include card numbers, bank credentials, patient names or confidential case details. Read our privacy notice.
