Information you provide

When you contact us, apply as an interpreter or request services, we receive the information you submit, such as contact details, language needs, professional qualifications and scheduling preferences. Member accounts also involve login credentials and account activity. Please submit only information needed for your request.

How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, review applications, coordinate agreed services, manage accounts, keep business records and protect the website. Giving inquiries and donation administration are handled separately from appointment coordination.

Website operation and service providers

Our hosting, email, file storage and security providers process information needed to operate these services. Technical records can include IP address, browser information, request time and account activity. Login cookies support account access. We do not sell personal information.

Google reCAPTCHA helps protect website forms and may receive browser and network information. Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply to that service.

Donations

If online giving is available, payment credentials are entered with the payment provider on its hosted page. Its privacy notice and payment terms apply. IC may receive donation details needed for acknowledgments, reconciliation and reporting. Please do not send card numbers or bank credentials by email.

Confidential and medical information

Public forms and ordinary email are not intended for patient information, medical records or confidential case details. Ask our team to arrange an appropriate channel before sharing sensitive information. This website notice does not replace a healthcare provider’s privacy notice or a signed service or business associate agreement.

Retention and requests

We retain information as needed for the relevant service, organizational records, security and applicable obligations. Contact us to request access, a correction or deletion, or to stop nonessential communications. Some records may need to be retained; we will explain any applicable limits when responding.
