Using this website

This website introduces IC’s mission, allows inquiries and applications, and provides account access for authorized users. Use it lawfully, provide accurate information and respect other people’s privacy. Do not attempt unauthorized access or interfere with the service.

Service requests and applications

An inquiry or application does not confirm a booking, engagement or job assignment. Availability, qualifications, pricing, cancellation terms and responsibilities must be confirmed through the applicable service agreement. Do not use public forms for emergencies or confidential medical or legal details.

Member access

Keep your account credentials private and use your own account. Notify our team promptly if you believe access has been compromised. Signed agreements and applicable account requirements govern professional services arranged through the platform.

Charitable support

Giving is separate from purchasing interpretation services. Ask our team about a proposed restriction or benefit before contributing. A hosted payment provider may supply additional payment, recurring-gift and cancellation terms; review them before confirming a gift. Contact IC about acknowledgment corrections or refund requests.
